Notes for the User
The DUSTY COMFORT is a dry and wet suction. Using both fine dust filter element and filter
bag a high level of filtration is achieved for picking up dry substances. For picking up liquids
refer to chapter 4.4.
Operation
1. Only suction (without connected power tool):
a.
Turn „auto“ switch (10) to „0“
b. Switch suction on the with the power switch (1)
c. Switch suction off with the power switch (1)
2. Connected power tool activated by suction unit:
a.
Turn „auto“ switch (10) to position „0“
b. Switch on the power tool
c. Switch on suction unit with the power switch (1), the connected power tool is also
started
d. Switch off suction with the power switch (1), the power tool is also switched off
3. Suction unit activated by power tool:
a. Turn off power tool
b. Set automatic starting (10) to
„1“
c. Switch on suction unit with power switch (1)
d. As soon as you switch on the power tool, the suction is started.
e. As soon as you switch off power tool, the suction switches off automatically after
some seconds
f. When work is finished switch off the suction with the power switch (1).
Replacing filter bag or fine dust filter element
1. Open the retaining clamps (see chapter 3.3) and remove the upper section of the suction
unit.
2. Carefully remove the filter bag from the inlet fitting and insert a new filter bag (see detail
3). Press the bush of the new filter bag firmly onto the inlet fitting (dispose of the filter bag
in compliance with legal regulations).
3. Turn the filter holder anticlockwise (see detail 5) and remove the fine dust filter element.
Use a suction to clean it or replace it (dispose of the filter cartridge in compliance with
legal regulations). Insert the new filter element. Fit the filter holder and turn it clockwise to
secure it (see detail 4).
4. Clean the rim of the tank and the seals in the intermediate ring and the upper section of
the suction (see detail 8) before refitting them. Close the retaining clamps.
