Notes on Unit Operation
- The system has been designed to remove household
dust.
- Only vacuum dry surfaces. Moist dust can clog and
stop up the pipes and the filter.
- Pre separators must be used when vacuuming
up sand, cold ashes, wood chips or other coarse
contaminants (ash-pot, part no. 243282-001).
- The central vacuum unit must always be able to
draw in adequate air for motor cooling.
- For safety reasons, the central vacuum unit has been
equipped with a vacuum valve to prevent excessive
system vacuum pressure.
The central vacuum system automatically turns itself
off after 15 minutes of vacuum operation.
Turning the system on again restarts the central
vacuum system.
Depending on the selected operating mode, this is
done by:
Vacuum Using Radio Control
1. Connect the telescopic tube to the suction hose RC
and the desired accessories.
2. Insert the suction hose RC in the desired suction
socket.
3. Begin vacuuming by pressing the ON button on the
radio remote control.
4. After vacuuming, use the OFF button on the radio
remote control to turn the central vacuum unit off.
5. Remove the suction hose RC from the suction
socket.

- If the receiver fails to react to a switch command,
e.g., in niches and corners, try moving it into the
room and press the button on the handle/transmitter
again.
- Larger - type properties may require a repeater (refer
to fitting instructions). More than one repeater should
not be installed.
If the central vacuum unit is
not
connected at the
lowest point in the system, allow the vacuum to run
for approx. an additional 10 seconds to ensure that
vacuumed materials are not deposited in the central
vacuum unit‘s pipes. Press the OFF button at the end
of the run-out time (10 seconds).
