Never use a damaged device or accessory. Do not open, modify or try to repair it yourself;
it can lead to hazardous situations and limit your warranty. When you need to replace a
part, contact your supplier or the manufacturer.
Never hesitate to contact your supplier or the manufacturer to report unexpected
operation; always report critical incidents. Record the serial number and software revision
number before contacting the manufacturer. The serial number is located on the product
label at the bottom; see Chapter 9.4 Label information.
Find the software revision number in the menu; see Chapter 6.5 Device settings.

Rehan will provide information such as training instructions and part lists to assist service
personnel in repair.
12. Warranty
The manufacturer gives consumers a minimum 2-year guarantee (legal guarantee) as
protection against faulty goods or goods that do not look or work as advertised. In some
countries, national law may require you to provide more extended guarantees. For more

Follow all steps as below:
1. Remove all media (CD, SD and USB flashmemory).
2. Pause device (PLAY-PAUSE),
3. hold down SLEEP TIMER until menu starts.
4. Press the FORWARD button once.
5. Press the PLAY-PAUSE button.
6. Press the FORWARD or BACKWARD button until you hear the
correct language.
7. Press the PLAY-PAUSE button to select the language.
8. Press SLEEP TIMER to exit the menu.
7. Device not
responding.
CD is loading data, please wait.
Disconnect the power supply, press the ON-OFF button until the
green light turns off.
Disconnect power supply and battery.
8. On-off button
flashes RED.
Device problem. Contact your supplier or manufacturer for service.
9. Device
unknown error,
halt, noise on
