Language option
Used to change the LCD
screen from English
(default) to French or
Spanish.

key until the LCD display reads:
-1-ENG, -2-FRA, -3-ESP
.

Enter the digit number of the selected language.
RESULT:
The language selected displays immediately.
Tone / Pulse dialing option
Allows the user to select
tone (default) or pulse dial
mode from the LCD
display.

TONE = 1 PULSE = 2
.

For tone dial mode, press the

- You may also adjust the ringer volume while the telephone is
ringing due to an incoming call by simply pressing the
VOLUME key up or down. The ringer
volume control will automatically set
to the selected level for the next
phone call (Figure 3).
Note:
The lowest level will turn off the
ringer.
Retrieving Messages
TouchLite® Message Retrieval Feature

Lift the handset.

Press the TouchLite® Message Retrieval Button to
automatically call your voice
messaging service or "Message
Manager".
Note
: The TouchLite® must be
programmed before messages can be
retrieved. Refer to page 16 for
programming instructions.
Note: When storing a password into
memory, pauses should be
programmed into the dialing pattern to
delay the connection. To find the proper timing, continue to
change the SECOND OF WAIT programming until the voicemail
connects properly. Refer to page 16 for programming
instructions.
