f) Familiarisation with "roll"
Move the ROLL lever (see picture 14) to full scale
for ROLL LEFT leftmost and hold it there for at least
one second.
The quadrotor helicopter thus recognises the ROLL
channel and memorises this. Move the ROLL lever
back to neutral position, continue to leave the GAS
on zero.
As confirmation, the quadrotor helicopter’s red LED
goes off and the green LED is lit permanently. This
is the end of the training process.
Disconnect the battery from the quadrotor helicopter
and remove jumper "R2".
Other possibly connected jumpers may be left
plugged in. This is the end of the familiarisation
process for the channels.
