not
following
the
standards.

fault
of
the

caused
by
unsuitable
environment.
e) Fault due
to
earthquake,
fire,
natural
disaster,
lightning
strike, war, solar flare,
abnormal
voltage
rise, ionising radiation
or
other natural
disasters
caused
by
external
factors.
f) Outdoor installation of the unit will be considered a breach of the manufacturer’s warranty.
4.
Under
the
following
circumstances,
the
manufacturer
has
the
right
not
to
provide
warranty
service:
a) Brand,
trademark,
serial
number,
nameplate
or
other
markings
applied
by
the
manufacturer
in
the
product
are
damaged
or
cannot
be
identified.
b) The
customer
fails
to
pay
off
the
products
according
to
the
Purchase
and
Sales
Contract
signed
by
both
parties.
c) The
user
intentionally
conceals
the
improper
use
of
the
product
during
installation,
wiring,
operation,
maintenance
or
other
processes
to
the
after-sales
service
provider
of
the
manufacturer.
