Fill the reservoir with clean water only
and never use any other liquids.The reser

voir has a maximum filling mark, the water
level must not be higher than this mark
and not be lower than minimum mark.
Place steam baskets on the
steam-cooker base.
Place products that require long cooking
time into the lower steam pots.
Place fish, sea foods or products with char

acteristic smell either in the lower steam
pot or cook them separately to prevent
mixing of smells.
Connect the food steamer to the electric
