that the seat is reclined back at a 45 degree angle or less for safety and
comfort.  Pull up the two safety straps and hook each of them over one
edge of the seat and tighten them securely by pulling down on the strap
ends.  Never use the “Rock On” without these straps being securely
attached.  The baby should also always be strapped in according to the
car seat manufacturer’s instructions.

ROCKING:  CAUTION:

Before turning on, make sure that nothing is

hindering the movement of the rocking motion such as other children, pets,
or furnishings, as it may damage the motor if the rocking motion is restricted
during operation.  If the “Rock On” is sitting on a safe hard flat surface (see
Owners Instructions) it is now ready to turn on using the switch on the side

.

SOFT TURN OFF:

For a quieter and gentler turn off, move the switch to

the middle “OFF” position first; then remove the car seat carrier with the
baby in it.

TO TRANSPORT:

With the car seat carrier removed, turn the switch to the

“OFF/LOCK” position and if the platform is not centered, gently push the
platform towards the center until it locks in place.

UNLOADING:

Always turn the “Rock On” off before removing the

baby or the car seat carrier.  Once the switch is turned off, the “Rock On”
will automatically lock in the center position.  Remove the two safety
straps by first lifting up on the finger tabs on the buckles to loosen the
straps, lift the seat off of the “Rock On”, then remove the baby from the
seat.  CAUTION: Do not move the car seat carrier from one place to
another with the “Rock On” attached to the seat; the “Rock On” may
detach and fall from the seat causing damage to the unit, yourself, or
another child.

ALTERNATIVE POWER:

For continuous and long term operation, an

AC Adaptor may be used in place of batteries, and is available free from
the Redmon Co. for shipping and handling cost only. Call 765 473 6683.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To clean, wipe the body and straps with a warm damp cloth and mild
soap.  Let the unit air dry before subsequent use. Before STORING the
“Rock On”, remove the batteries as they may leak over time and
damage the internal working parts. Keep these instructions in a safe
place for future reference.
