POWERDOCK TERMINAL ASSEMBLY KIT (PPSDOCKKIT-002)

The PowerDock Terminal Assembly may require periodic replacement to keep your PowerDock 
operating optimally and safely. The Terminal Assembly should be replaced:

 

ƒ

Immediately, if there is any sign of damage such as worn or bent contact blades, damaged 
plastic housings etc.

 

ƒ

Immediately, If excessive heat is felt after charging, or;

 

ƒ

After approximately 4 years of normal use.

ANTI-VIBRATION BUSHES, PIVOTS AND FEET

The Dock may be subjected to high levels of vibration if installed in a vehicle that has travelled 
frequently on uneven roads, so inspect the condition of these parts and replace as needed.

The following parts should be replaced if they become worn or damaged.
