Adjust the leveling knobs until there is about a
1/8” gap (3mm) between the top of the rail
and the top of the side plate at each corner. A
ruler or a shim can be used to measure this
distance. Similarly, users can opt to turn the
leveling knob to push the rail up until it is flush
with the side plate, and then lower it 4 full
revolutions.

Repeat this process for all 4 corners of the bed
frame.

Use the 8mm combination wrench to raise the
M5x70 hex head screw on the upper Z limit
switch leveling block (when looking directly at
the Gigabot
®
3+ name plate, this is the right
side leveling block). Turning counterclockwise
when viewed from above will raise the screw.
Do 2-4 full revolutions to raise the screw and
move the Z home position further from the
nozzle.
