ASSEMBLY AND SET-UP

Assemble flag as shown and insert flag into 

fixed hole located on the rear of the frame. 

Assembly complete.

 Tighten four (4) foot pad bolts using the 5 mm Allen wrench.

Tighten two (2) seat flat washers and nuts using the 13 mm wrench.
