Phillips screwdriver

Inspect back side for cables and wiring.

Make sure cables and wiring are
aligned correctly.

Replace six (6) Phillips head screws using
the Phillips screwdriver.

Rotate upright and replace flag.
Adjusting the Brakes

To adjust the brake cable tension, thread the brake lever adjuster in or out 1/4 to 1/2 turn until the
desired brake adjustment is attained.
