IMPORTANT: DURING BURNER REMOVAL CARE
MUST BE TAKEN NOT TO DAMAGE THE FIBRE
INSULATION. THE BOILER BURNER NEEDS TO BE
REMOVED FIRST.
BOILER BURNER - 880 ONLY (SEE FIG. 3)
1.
Place a sheet on the floor in front of the cooker to act
as a working area.
2.
Disconnect air intake.
3.
Remove 7 pin plug.
4.
Undo retaining screws from flange withdraw boiler
burner side.
5.
Remove 2 fixing screws from air intake cover plate and
remove.
6.
Remove air transfer tube from cooker burner RH duct.
7.
Undo two burner retaining nuts, lower burner and
remove.
BOILER BURNER - 8120/8150 ONLY (SEE FIG. 4)
1.
Place a sheet on the floor in front of the cooker to
act as a working area.
2.
Disconnect air intake.
3.
Slacken retaining nut.
4.
Rotate burner to right and remove.
COOKER BURNER REMOVAL (SEE FIG. 2)
1.
Place a sheet on the floor in front of the cooker to act
as a working area.
2.
Remove boiler burner, as above.
3.
Remove 2 fixing screws from air intake cover plate and
remove.
4.
Remove air transfer tube from cooker burner RH duct.
5.
Undo two burner retaining nuts, lower burner and
remove.
