Float Valve Installed

Position the hydraulic float valve (P/N 063-0131-136) on the end of the float valve mounting bracket (P/N
107-0171-935) with Ports A2 and B1 facing up.
4.
Secure the float valve to the mounting bracket using 5/16”-18 x 3-1/2” hex bolts (P/N 311-0052-115) and two
5/16” lock nuts (P/N 312-4000-059).
5.
Install the float valve mounting bracket on the machine’s steering control valve using the machine’s existing
bolts that were removed in step 2.
Mount the Flow Switch

Using the flow switch valve mounting bracket (P/N 107-0171-980) as a template, drill 3/8” holes in the frame
channel to the right of the float valve (P/N 063-0131-136) mounting location.
2.
Secure the flow switch (P/N 334-0003-085) to the flow switch mounting bracket using two 5/16”-18 x 2-1/2”
hex bolts (P/N 311-0052-111), two 5/16” lock washers (P/N 313-1000-019), and two 5/16” lock nuts (P/N
312-4000-059).
Note:
The flow switch should be positioned so that the pressure transducers installed in Ports A3 and B3
point down.
