Hydraulic System Installation
Install Fittings in the Flow Switch

Fittings Installed in Flow Switch
1.
Remove the existing hydraulic fittings from Ports A1 and B3 of the flow switch (P/N 334-0003-085).
Note:
The existing hydraulic fittings are not used in the SmarTrax system.
2.
Remove the pressure transducer from Port B1.
3.
Remove the plugs from Ports A2 and B2 and install them in Ports A1 and B1.
4.
Install the pressure transducer in Port B3.
5.
Install -8 ORFS (M) to -6 SAE O-ring (M) straight adapter fittings (P/N 333-0012-082) in Ports A2 and B2 of
the flow switch.
Install Fittings in the Hydraulic Float Valve

1.
Remove the hydraulic port plugs from the Ports A1, A2, B1 and B2 of the hydraulic float valve (P/N 063-
0131-136).
2.
Install -8 ORFS (M) to -6 SAE O-ring (M) straight adapter fittings (P/N 333-0012-082) in the open ports.
