CHASSIS CABLE INSTALLATION
CHASSIS CABLE ROUTING AND CONNECTION
BEST PRACTICES AND RECOMMENDATIONS
• Do not connect battery leads until all cables are installed and connected.
• Route chassis cabling along existing cabling or plumbing to help avoid pinch points or stretching the cable
during normal equipment operation.
ECU CABINET TO RCM - SPRAYER CONNECTIONS
1. Locate the single, round connector on the RCM - Sprayer cable (P/N 115-2005-019) provided in the kit.
2. Route this connector to the outside back wall of the ECU Cabinet and connect to the bulkhead connector of the
Hawkeye® 2 bulkhead cable installed previously. Align the connector keyways and rotate the locking collar to
secure.
3. Route the RCM - Sprayer cable (P/N 115-2005-019) back along the frame rail towards the RCM - Sprayer
installed previously.
4. Connect the gray and black rectangular plugs to their mating connections of the RCM - Sprayer.
5. Secure the cable with the cable ties provided.
