DEBUGGING METHOD AND DATA
NOTICE: The debugging method and work shall be carried out only
by specifically trained personnel.
1. Debugging method and data for bevel gear pair
Should check and debug when the bevel gear pair drives abnormal or
makes with abnormal noise, the method is as following:
1.1 Debugging the gaps of bevel gear pair in gearbox
When the clearance of gear pair Ƹ ˘ 0.05, add the 0.5 steel paper gasket
between gearbox and driving box to increase the clearance.
When the clearance of gear pair
Ƹ ˚
0.3, add 0.1-0.5 gasket between
bearing and gear to add the clearance, and make sure the terminal clearance is
0.05

1.2 Debugging the gaps of bevel gear pair in driving box
When the clearance of gear pair

to increase clearance, and change steel paper gasket and adjusting gasket
