NOTICE! If you dispose of oil and fat
through the drain, the pipes in the
building will be damaged over time.
Observe the legal regulations regard-
ing the proper disposal of oil and fat.
Dispose of oil or fat in the proper
manner.
5. Place a gastro-norm container 1/1, 65
mm deep, under the drain opening.
6. Open the drain opening.
7. Clean the container of the oil cart with
water.
8. Drain the water through the drain
opening, do not pump the water out.
9. Thoroughly dry the container of the oil
cart.

Disposal
Old units contain recyclable materials. Dis-
pose of old units in an environmentally
sound way using the appropriate disposal
systems.

If you dispose of oil or fat via the pan
drain, the waste water will be dirty and
damage the building's drains.
