The cooking process is regulated by measuring the
core temperature of the food.
Clean the core temperature probe before use and
ensure at anbient temperature before use.
Insert the core temperature probe into the thickest
part of the food until the tip of the probe is at the
centre of the food.

Can be selected for all control modes
