Pause function
: During operation, user can press the 【 START/PAUSE 】 key to suspend the washing
program. The “ ” indicator on the display and the white interior light will light up. Press the
【 START/PAUSE 】 button again to resume the interior light will turn to blue.
If the appliance is paused during operation, trail operation will start before resuming normal
operation. This is a normal phenomenon.
4.
Ventilation
: The appliance will enter the 【 Ventilation 】 mode after washing. Hot and cold air will
ventilate the washing chamber alternatively, which dry the dishware and chamber to prevent
odor generated. (The “ ” indicator and “Power” key will light up while the ventilation function
is active, it can last for 3 days in maximum). To cancel, press the 【 POWER 】 key directly to switch
off the appliance.
5. Switch off : After operation, long press the

POWER
】
key to switch off the appliance and return
to standby mode.
9. Troubleshooting and Treatment
During operations, if any error occurred, please check the following table before calling for service. Below
are common errors and points to check.

Upside and slope the dishware as wide-opening
may accumulate water which affect the
circulation system.
E1 Is the door not closed firmly? Check if the door is blocked by chopstick or

E4 Does the water level exceed the
normality level?
Press and hold the 【 Power 】 key to shut down
or cut off the power supply, contact Shun Hing
Electric Service Centre Ltd. for inspection and
maintenance.
E7 Temperature sensor open circuit Contact Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd.
for checking and repairing.
E8 Temperature sensor short circuit Contact Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd.
for checking and repairing.
E9 Is the water inlet being blocked
by obstacle?
Continue after clearing the obstacle in the water
inlet.
If the situation continues, contact Shun Hing
Electric Service Centre Ltd. for checking and
repairing.
If the above solutions cannot fix the problem, stop using the appliance immediately and contact Shun
Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. to check and repair.
