5. Special Precautions
Make sure that the dishware or substance is suitable for dishwasher cleaning before operation. Following
items are not suitable to be washed in the dishwasher,
1.
Cutlery and utensils made of wood;
2. Delicate decorative glasses, craft and antique utensils;
3. Plastic items (unless they are marked “dishwasher safe” or equivalent; otherwise, consult with
manufacturer’s advice);
4. Copper and tin utensils;
5. Utensils which are soiled with ash, wax, lubricating grease or ink, etc;
6. Aluminum and silver parts (Tendency to discolor and fade after number of wash cycle);
7. Types of glass (e.g. crystal glass objects) (Tendency to turn cloudy after many wash cycle);
8. Utensils with anti-stick coating (unless they are marked “dishware safe” or equivalent; otherwise,
consult with manufacturer’s advice);
