1. Description
Oil/Gas-fired special cast sectional-construction heating
boiler. Combustion chamber follows flame reverse princi-
ple and optimum interspersed heat surfaces ensure the
best heat transmission and the most efficient use of flue
heat. As a low-temperature boiler, it complies with the
regulations concerning heating installations. Boiler clea-
ning is carried out from the front and is easily accomplished
by swinging open the burner door. This product is exempt
from the rules relating to drought measures.
2. Regulations
The boiler possesses the CE stamp and is therefore ap-
proved for use and installation within the area of the EU
internal market. When installing and setting up the system,
observe the regulations relating to construction, industry,
emissions, and water q uality, referring - among others - to
the following:
DIN 4751 parts 1+2 Safety eq uipment for hot water heating
systems with advance temperatures of up to 120° C.
DIN 1988 Drinking water mains on private land, technical
conditions for construction and use.
Boiler room guidelines or local regulations (FeuVo)
HeizAnIV heating systems regulation
HeizBetrV heating systems regulations and req uirements
and rules of building inspection authorities or possibly
industrial control department. The installation of boiler units
with a heating capacity in excess of 50 kW is to be dealt
with by the competent permission-issuing authorities in
compliance with §12, section 2 of the rules concerning
steam boilers. Form III is to be used in this case.
Both selection of the installation format and measures
relating to boiler room ventilation and exhaust are to be
agreed with the local building inspection authorities, usu-
ally via the body regulating the activity of industrial chimney
sweeps.
3. Delivery format
F 110/3 NT, F 110/4 NT, F 110/4.1 NT:
Cast block and insulation jacket supplied completely as-
sembled and delivered on wooden pallet.
F 110/5 NT, F 110/5.1 NT, F 110/6 NT, F 110/6.1 NT: cast
block without packing, insulation jacket packed in cardbo-
ard box.
3.1 Accessories
