Operating instructions
The cleaning unit is intended for cleaning
components manufactured in the DLP process.
For best cleaning and drying results for hollow
models: Position the parts with the cavities facing
the bottom of the inner container.
For best cleaning and drying results with the
surgical drill guides: Position the build plates with
the parts facing the bottom of the inner
container.
The parts should not be stacked or overlap each
other.
The maximum filling height must not be
exceeded.

When disconnecting and opening the cleaning
liquid container, take care of excess cleaning
medium dripping out of the connection point
and steel tubes. (See page 4)
The cleaning unit supports the cleaning process
of printed parts, however, a complete clean and
dry of all the components cannot be guaranteed.
Therefore, always check the cleaned component
for sticky material residues and clean again if
necessary.
