7 OPERATION
7.4 INTERCHANGING CUTTER DECKS ___________________________________

When swapping cutter implements from 152cm Rotary Deck to 160cm
Flail unit or vice versa, it will be necessary to adjust the Lift Valve flow
restrictor (A) to either increase or decrease the rate of descent of the
implement when lowered.
2.
To decrease rate of descent, use an Allen Key to wind the control
screw in by rotating clockwise until desired speed is achieved. To increase
the rate of descent, wind out screw by rotating anti-clockwise. This should be
performed with machine at working temperature. It is advised to rotate screw
by quarter turns at a time before assessing rate of change.
7.4A FITTING A ROTARY CUTTING DECK TO THE MACHINE__________________
NOTE:
That it is important to ensure that the machine has been fitted with the correct rotary deck lift arms prior
to attaching the deck.
1.With the lift arms (A) in the lower position, align the deck mounting brackets (B) with the self-aligning
bearings.
2.Fit pivot pins (C) and secure with cotter pins and rings
CAUTION
Remove all debris from the site before mowing. Enter a
new area cautiously always operate at speeds that allow
you to have complete control of the mower
CAUTION
Before you clean, adjust, or repair this equipment, always
disengage all drives, lower implements to the ground,
engage Park Brake, stop engine and remove key from
Ignition Switch to prevent injuries
