Positive Displacement Pump - Installation

GENERAL INFORMATION
The displacement pump (Gear Pump) is used on the RCS and RCS-2 systems. Pumps are
mounting directly to either a resin manifold (for the flushable pump unit) or a catalyst
manifold (for the non-flushable pump). Typical torque applied to the mounting bolts should
not exceed 17 lb-ft (23 N-m). Excessive torque can lead to pump seizure and internal
pump damage. Always follow specified torque settings.
