1. Defective pump or inadequate air
pressure at paint pressure pot
2. Feed tube clogged

1. Clean the bell (see SI-03-03 "Solvent Effects
on #2 Handgun Bell / Brush Wear").
2. Position as indicated in the "Installation"
section.
3. Reposition or replace (see Figure 4).
4. Replace.
5. Check that seal is clean (clean or replace
seal). Motor shaft warped (replace motor
shaft). Also see "Electrical Troubleshooting".
6. Reduce paint delivery and/or use larger bell
(see "Specifications" in the "Introduction"
section).
7. Test paint resistance (conductivity). See
"Solvent Selection" (TL-00-02).
8. Replace bell.
9. Contact your Ransburg distributor.
1. Repair pump or increase pressure.
2. Follow "Color Change" procedures in the
"Operation" section.
3. Clean with solvent and/or air pressure.
Replace hose when required.
4. Increase fluid pressure or reduce viscosity.
Cold paint will have a higher viscosity.
5. Follow "Color Change" procedures in the
"Operation" section and/or repair valve.
6. Clean or replace filter. See "Filter Cleaning
or Replacement" in the "Maintenance"
section.
7. Follow "Color Change" procedures in the
"Operation" section or contact your
Ransburg distributor.
