Disconnecting a ZigBee TouchLink remote control
Disconnect from a Green Power remote control
1.
Press the Prog. button 3 times in quick succession (or disconnect the unit from the power supply 3 times and
reconnect it). You have 180s for the following actions.

The connected light bulb lights up 4 times
if successful.

Set the programmed Green Power remote control / panel to learning mode. Refer to
the data sheet of the respective product for this procedure.
Check that the unit is on a network. The remote control must be integrated in the same network or not connected to
any other network.

Disconnect the unit from the mains and reconnect it after 15 seconds. If you could not perform the following actions
within 180s, repeat the action.

Bring the remote control or touch panel closer than 10cm to the unit

Set the remote control / panel to TouchLink Reset mode. Please refer to the instruc-
tions of the respective control unit for this procedure.

The control unit will indicate the suc-
cessful operation. In addition, the lamp
connected to the power supply unit will
light up 3 times.
