SW4 is a 4-bit switch, that is, SHDSL interface external loopback (G.SHDSL interface data 
loopback), SHDSL interface internal loopback (electrical interface data loopback), reserved 
bit, and reserved bit.

Bit 1 and bit 2 cannot be ON at the same time. Loopback configured through the DIP 
switch should be cancelled by the DIP switch. After loopback is configured through 
the DIP switch, you cannot enable/disable loopback through the NMS. If you need to 
configure loopback through the NMS, make the DIP switch OFF. 

5.2 Default configurations 

By default, all DIP switches are OFF.
