When the rate configured through the rate configuration switch (bits 1–6 of SW2) is lower
that the lower limit listed in the table above, the lower limit is used. Similarly, when the
configured rate is higher than the upper limit, the upper limit is used.

SW2 is also an 8-bit switch. Definitions for each bit are listed in Table 5-3.
