16. The door panel is affixed with clips on the
right, left and bottom.
17. Release the door panel with an opening
device at the aforementioned points and
push it forward.
18. Separate the cable from the panel.
19. Carefully loosen the window frame panel
from the mirror triangle by hand.
20. Completely remove the panel.
If a vehicle is not retrofitted with a factory speaker assembly, the speaker grilles must be checked
whether they are sound-permeable. If this is not the case, please obtain the grid from your BMW dealer.
