each .01 inch change in ET. The RME EAGLE controller will
accumulate the Weather Center counts from midnight to midnight
(24 hour accumulation) and store the total for use in the next day
station runtime calculations.
The total number of counts received from the Weather Center will
increase or decrease based on weather conditions and will change
through-out the year (i.e. summer to winter, hot to cold). This
change in counts will then affect the length of watering on a day to
day basis.
