Field Transmitter

The TBOS
™
Field Transmitter, part of the TBOS
irrigation system family, allows you to create,
transmit and retrieve irrigation programming
information when used with the TBOS or
UNIK
™
Control Module.
The Field Transmitter features include:
• One minute to 12 hour irrigation run times per
station in one minute increments
• Three independent programs: A, B, C
• Up to eight start times per program per day
• 365-day calendar (adjusts for leap year)
• Standard mode: 7-day (custom) cycle; any day
can be set ON or OFF as a watering day
• Turbo mode: includes 7-day (custom) cycle plus
the following cycles:
• Even day, odd day or odd-with-31st-of-the-
month-off cycles (adjusts for leap year)
• 1 through 6 day cycles, water one of every one
to six days
• Manual irrigation start or stop capacity
• Low battery icon indicates when a new battery is
needed in the TBOS Field Transmitter or TBOS
Control Modules
• Ability to program an unlimited number of UNIK
and TBOS Control Modules with one Field
Transmitter
• Automatic reset of current time and day when
transmitting a program to a Control Module
Operating principle

by the transmitter.
NOTE:
The transmitter does not receive the current
time from the module: there may be a difference in the
current time between the transmitter and the module. It
is therefore advisable to retransmit the program to the
module to synchronize the current time in the module
with your transmitter.
