How to Get Service Under the Terms of the Limited One-Year
Warranty
Whenyoususpect an item is defective, pleasecheckthe operator's manual for standard
operation and trouble-shooting techniques that may correct the problem. Additional
information may be found on the M.T.H. Website. Shouldyoustillrequireservice, follow
the instructions below to obtain warranty service.
First,e-mail,write, call or faxaM.T.H.Authorized Service Center(ASC) inyourareatoobtainRepair
Authorization. You can find thelistofASCsontheM.T.H.Website,www.mth-railking.com. AuthorizedService
Centersare required to make warrantyrepairs on items sold
fromthatstore;allotherrepairsmay--ormaynot
bedoneatthestore'sowndiscretion. If you didnotpurchasetheitemdirectlyfromtheASC, you will needto
selectaNationalAuthorized Service Center(NASC). Thesecenters arecompensatedbyM.T.H. to perform
warranty service for any customer whose repair qualifies for warrantyservice. AlistofNASCretailerscanbe
located ontheM.T.H.Website or by calling1-888-640-3700. Shouldthe warrantynolongerapply,youmay
choose either an ASCorNASCretailertoserviceyourM.T.H.Product. A reasonable servicefee will be charged.
CAUTION: Makesuretheproductispackedinitsoriginalfactorypackagingincludingitsfoamandplastic
wrappingmaterialtopreventdamagetothemerchandise. There is no need to return theentiresetifonlyoneof
the componentsis in need of repair

M.T.H.productsarewarrantiedforoneyearfromthedateofpurchaseagainstdefectsinmaterialorworkmanship,excludingwear
itemssuchaslightbulbs,pick-uprollers,batteries,smokeunitwicks,andtractiontires. Wewillrepairorreplac e(atouroption)
thedefectivepartwithoutcharge forthepartsorlabor,iftheitemisreturnedtoan
Authorized ServiceCenter(ASC) or
M.T.H.NationalAuthorizedServiceCenter(NASC)withinoneyearoftheoriginaldateofpurchase.Thiswarrantydoesnotcover
damagescausedbyimpropercare,handling,oruse. Transportationcostsincurredbythecustomerarenotcoveredunder this
warranty.
Itemssentforrepairmustbeaccompaniedbyareturnauthorizationnumber,adescriptionoftheproblem,and
,whichgivesthedateofpurchase. Ifyouaresendingthis
producttoanAuthorizedServiceCenter,contactthatCenterfortheirreturnauthorization.
This warrantygives youspecificlegalrights,andyoumayhaveotherrightsthatvaryfromstatetostate. Specificquestions
regardingthewarrantymaybeforwardedtoM.T.H.directly.
