overheat. After filling the pump with water dispensers Screw stopper (7).
7. Start the engine.
7.1. Turn fuel valve, and place it in position ON (move the lever in the far-right position). At ensuring
flow of fuel to the carburetor.
7.2. If the engine is cold or ambient temperature is low, close the carburetor throttle fully, ie pull the
“Sucker” by moving the lever in its extreme left position. After starting the engine, wait a while until the
heat and gradually go back Sucker. A sure sign of the need to go back Sucker (open throttle) is the
appearance of thick smoke from the tailpipe.
NOTE: The throttle does not close when you start the engine or heated at relatively high
temperature environment. Under these conditions, no pull Sucker, that hold the valve open (in the
extreme right position) when you start the engine.
7.3. Switch trigger switch position ON.
7.4. Pull gently “Sucker” left (depending on ambient temperature).

8. Maintenance. Periodic checks and fine tuning are necessary to keep the water pump with
optimum productivity, and regular maintenance will prolong the life in.

NOTE: In cases where the pump used for pumping sea water do not forget to rinse with fresh water
immediately after use. This will minimize the risk of corrosion. Always use original parts and the tools
provided with the machine for repair. Failure of these conditions can cause damage to the pump.
NOTE: Inspection and maintenance should be performed more frequently if the pump is used in
contaminated environments.
Inspection and maintenance must be performed by authorized persons, unless you do not have
the appropriate tools and skills necessary to do so.
