• Always wear protective gloves to prevent injury when changing cutting head (8/9).
• Press the lock button on the knife (7), slide head (8/9) to the switch (4) and pull it down.
• Remove the cutting head (8/9).
• Put the new cutting head, by positioning the four leading pins to their respective places.
• Slide the head (8/9) in the slot. Make sure all four tabs are inside the enclosure.
• Slide the cover (6) to the cutting head until you hear a click.
4. Indicator battery charge
Press (2) to show the current charge with three LEDs (1) in different colors:
- Red - the charge is <20%
- Red and yellow LEDs - from 20 - 70%
- All three LEDs are lit - the charge is> 70%
You must charge the battery immediately if you see that only the red LED lights.
• Lithium-ion batteries are fully protected against dilution. Your scissors will turn off as soon as
the battery is depleted.
• NOTE: Release the switch or risk permanent damage to the battery.
5. Battery Charge
You must charge the battery before you use your scissors for the first time.
• Use only the charger (10), which comes with scissors.
• Use the charger only in dry indoors.
• Charge the battery at ambient temperatures of 10 ° - 40 ° C.
• Connect the charger (10) in the mains supply of 230V AC, and plug it to the charger (3).
• The red LED will show the charging status. The battery is fully recharged as soon as all three
LEDs light up.
• Handle can be warm during the charging process. This is normal.
• Turn off your scissors from the mains if you do not intend to use it for an extended period of
time.
• Do not plug gap during the charging process.
6. Launch of scissors
• Your scissors for grass and shrubs is equipped with a button against accidental (5) for safety
reasons. You can unlock it by pushing it in either direction.
• To turn your scissors for grass and shrubs, first press the button against accidental (5) to the
left or right while pressing the lever of the switch (4). You can release the button against accidental
(5) after your shears for grass and shrubs already working.
• Release the lever of the switch (4) to turn off the machine.
• NOTE: The blades will continue to move after you release the lever of the switch (4).
• As soon as you release the lever of the switch (4) button against accidental (5) will automatically
turn back on.
• Always make sure the lock is in good working order before using your shears for grass and
shrubs. Using scissors for grass and shrubs with a faulty button against accidental use can cause
serious injuries from the blades.
7. Maintenance and Storage
7.1. When not in use store the machine within reach of children;
7.2. Always clean the remnants of grass and shrubs on the cutting head using a brush.
7.3. Apply spray support of the cutting head, in order to prevent rust.
7.4. Insert the appropriate fuse cutting head before storing for a longer period of time.
When you need to perform activities near the knife, work always with protective gloves!
