10.3  Starting the Storage Manager Client

 

 

Input the name and port number of the host on which the Storage Manager server to connect is 
running in the Web browser URL field to start the client. 

 

Example: http://

If connection to the Storage Manager server succeeded, a login screen is displayed.

Input a user name registered at setup on the Storage Manager server. 

To perform initial setup, the user level must be L3 (level 3). 

 

(2) Password 

 

Input a password registered at setup on the Storage Manager server. 

 

Although the user name and password each can be saved, care is needed since this makes it
