2. Check that you have connectivity to the HBS ODU. You can do this by opening up a
command line session (
Start|Run
and then type,
cmd
). At the command prompt,
type
ping 10.103.15.7
You should see something like this:

Any other response from ping means that the HBS ODU is not responding. Check
your Ethernet connection and that both the PoE and ODU are switched on and then
try again. If you do not succeed, seek assistance from RADWIN Customer Support.
Pinging the HSUs should yield similar responses.
3. Dismiss the command line session.
4. Open the RADWIN Manager from the desktop icon, or click
Start|Programs|
