15.1 Annual Procedure
Carry o

ld be immediately before the

inter heating
period. If

ery dirty conditions arise, it may be necessary
to carry o

re more often. If the

nit takes in

Isolate the heater from the gas and electrical s

pplies.

Remo

rner independently to floor le

and clean both items internally

sing a soft br
u
sh and
compressed air, if a
v
ailable. Take care not to damage the
internal parts of the b
u
rner. Check fan impeller for
cleanliness and free rotation.
The electrodes are an integral part of the b
u
rner. To
check spark gap, remo
v
e the sec
u
ring scre
w
s on the
electrode and
w
ithdra
w
it ens
u
ring the gasket is not
damaged. Spark gap on electrode sho
u
ld be
approximately 3 mm.

be and Reflector Maintenance

ed, clean the o

rfaces of
the t

bes
u
sing a br
u
sh and

ipe the inner s
u
rface of the
reflector

ith a soft damp cloth -

se a ho

sehold
detergent if necessary. Ne

se abrasi

e cleaners on
the reflectors. Reassemble the b
u
rner and fan in re
v
erse
order. Carry o

t the Testing Proced

re.
