2-22 Installing Mainframe Options Chapter 2
Installing the Airflow Restricter Kit
This section shows how to install an (optional) airflow restricter kit
(P/N 407870-001) in the 1266 mainframe. To install the kit:
1 Disconnect AC power from the mainframe and place mainframe on
bench.
2 As required, remove filler panels and/or installed VXI instruments
from the mainframe.
3 Follow the steps in Figure 2-20 to install the Airflow Restricter.
