Sottovuoto&Saldatura/Annulla (Vacuum Seal/Cancel) button
This button has two functions depending on the machine status:
- At stand-by condition, it starts the automatic operation of vacuuming the bag and
then automatically seals the bag when vacuum is complete;
- At working (vacuuming or sealing operations) condition, it stops the machine.

Sottovuoto a Impulsi (Pulse Vacuum) button
- Push pulse vacuum to manually control the pump/vacuum.
- Press this button, and the device starts vacuuming; undo, it will stop.
- This process can be repeated.
- Then press Saldatura manuale (Manual seal) button when meet desired pres-
sure, turn to seal.
Different pressure according to different type of foods can be chosen.

Saldatura manuale (Manual seal) button
This button provides two functions:
a. To seal the open end of a bag without vacuuming air suction;
b. Used to make a bag from a bag roll;
- When the automatic “Vacuum & seal” function is in operation, this button stops
the motor pump and immediately starts to seal the bag so that less vacuum pres-
sure inside the bag can be controlled by the operator to avoid crushing for delicate
items.
Please let the machine cool down with 15/20 seconds after finished one sealing
cycle (pause time between two cycles (recommended) = minimum 1 minute).

Tempo Saldatura (Sealing Time) button
Three setting for choosing the best bag sealing time.
- Bottom setting (4a): for dry bags and items without moisture, with a shorter heat
sealing time with use of a single sealing bar.
- Middle setting (4a): for wet bags or foods with moisture, with an normal heat seal-
ing time with use of a single sealing bar.
- Top setting (4a): for wet bags or foods with very moisture, with an extended heat
sealing timewith use of two sealing bars.
>> Default setting is bottom setting for dry bags and shorter sealing time.

Contenitore (Canister) button
- To start vacuuming for canisters, jar lids, wine stoppers or other accessories is need
to use the flexible hose (26) (supplied).
6.
Marinare (Marinate) button
- Press the button to marinate for foods using the appropriate container.
Cycle time is approximately 6 minutes; progress lights will indicate when the func-
tion is complete.
