Interference due to ambient light,
that is too bright Too much ambient light has entered the slot: Make sure
that the instrument is not exposed to too much ambient
light, e.g. direct sunlight, during the measurement
process.
Temperature out of specification The ambient temperature was too high or too low:
Make sure that the ambient temperature is
between 5 °C and 45 °C.
In case of the following error, a new measurement cannot be performed directly. A restart of
the RIDA
®
ABSORBANCE 96 is necessary first (remove the cable and reconnect it):

USB power supply defective
(< 450 mA or < 4 V) Defective USB port: Use a different USB port on the
computer or use a different computer.
Using an USB hub: Connect the instrument directly to
the computer, i.e. without an USB hub. If this is not
possible use another USB hub.
Defective Micro-USB cable: Contact your local
distributor or R-Biopharm AG, Darmstadt.
If the following error occurs, the user cannot correct the error:
