6. TAKE CARE OF YOUR E-BIKE
6.3. At every major service (annually);
>> Standard work (Small service).
>> Gear hub is checked, opened if necessary and re-lubricated.
>> Chain is disassembled, cleaned and applied an oil bath.
>> Other rotating parts are disassembled, cleaned and greased / oiled
(bottom bracket, hubs, headset, etc)
>> Brake discs / brake pads and possibly rims (with rim brakes) checked
for thickness and wear. When the wear limit is reached they will be
replaced.
bell Have your dealer stamp the maintenance in this booklet. With this
you can demonstrate that your bicycle has been properly
maintained.
