This warranty does not apply:
• Concerning software products. QUO Mobility limited warranty applies
only to a failure to execute programming instruction. QUO Mobility
does not guarantee the operation of any product will be uninterrupted
or error free.
• Repair, modification, or installation of options or parts by anyone other
than a QUO Mobility Authorized Service Center.
• More than an eventual water splash exhibition.
• Overheating around.
• Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due
to a defect in materials or workmanship;
• To cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and
broken plastic on ports.
• To damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or
intended uses described by QUO Mobility. Adjustment by non-autho-
rized source.
• Improper environment.
• Damage Incurred to the LCD screen or scratch. Excessive or inadequate
heating or air conditioning or electrical power failures, surges, or other
irregularities This One year limited warranty does not cover any of
the product’s firmware or hardware that you or any third party have
modified or altered; you bear the sole responsibility and liability for any
such modification or alteration, including if the serial number has been
removed.

• Temper atur as en Exceso en los c omponentes del equipo .
• Peso Ex cesiv o sobre el equipo o sus c omponentes .
