Timer Operation

  Plug into properly 

installed and 
grounded three-
prong outlet. See 
safety precautions as 
follows.

  Set the desired timer time using Timer Knob. Note 

that the knob does not move as the unit is running.

 

Press the Power Switch to On position; the Power 
switch will light red ands the Hydroxyl Generator will 
operate until the set timer time is reached. 

 

When the timer time has been reached, the fan and 
UV bulbs will turn off.

Turning the Unit Off

To turn the unit off, press the Power Switch to the Off 
position; the unit will stop operating and the Power switch 
light will turn off.

Operation

Grounding Instructions 
THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE GROUNDED.

  

In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding 
reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an 
escape wire for the electric current. This appliance is 
equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with 
a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an 
outlet that is properly installed and grounded. 
•   Plug into properly installed and grounded three-

prong outlet. 

•   DO NOT remove ground prong. 
•   DO NOT use an adapter.

Power Supply

 

•  Extension cords can be used only if:
  (1)  the marked electrical rating of the extension 

cord is at least as great as the electrical rating of 
the appliance, 

  (2)  the extension cord must be a grounding-type 

three-wire cord, and 

  (3)  the longer cord should be arranged so that it 

will not drape over the countertop or tabletop.
