4.3.2.3 Setting the backlighting time
In this screen you can set the backlighting time in seconds. Select the fi gure you want to change by repeatedly
pressing the selection button (SEL) until the required value is selected. To save batteries, you are recommended
to set it to the lowest value.
Hold down the selection (SEL) button to confi rm your choice then repeat the procedure for the other fi gures.
Then hold down the selection (SEL) button again to exit this setting and return to the System settings menu.
4.3.2.4 Setting time before going to standby
In this screen you can set time before the system goes to standby in minutes. Select the fi gure you want to
change by repeatedly pressing the selection button (SEL) until the required value is selected.
Hold down the selection (SEL) button to confi rm your choice then repeat the procedure for the other fi gures.
Then hold down the selection (SEL) button again to exit this setting and return to the System settings menu.
4.3.3 GPS settings
Select the symbol you have chosen by pressing the selection (SEL) button several times, then confi rm your
choice by holding down the selection (SEL) button.
Time and date display:
In the menu you can view
the time and date. They are
provided by the satellite sig-
nal. You can only set them by
changing the time zone as
shown in paragraph 4.3.2.1
Starting from cold:
In this menu you can force the
product to perform a complete
satellite search: a cold start. Use
this menu point to restart GPS
signal acquisition. The Keymaze
100 will display a confi rmation
symbol for one second and
then return to main navigation
mode
Resetting destinations:
In this menu you can reset the destina-
tions stored in the memory. When you
enter this mode, the Keymaze 100 will
display a confi rmation symbol for one
second and then return to main navi-
gation mode. The destination data in
the various memory fi les are then de-
leted and you will have to reprogram
them before you can travel to them.

• batteries, or casings which are cracked or broken or which show signs of impacts.
• During the warranty period, the item will either be repaired free of charge by an authorised repair service or replaced free of
charge (depending on the distributor).
