Using NmapWin can cause the SNC to hang or
reboot.
Do not use NmapWin.
PR00234 In very rare instances the SNC issues a CBStack
statement indicating the need for command
cleanup resulting in a failed job. The SNC does
recover from this condition following the
completion of command cleanup. Configure ISV application to
automatically retry any failed jobs.
PR00343 If the SNC is powered down right after the date
and time are set, the date and time information is
not retained. After setting the date and time, let
the SNC run for a day, so that the
SNC battery fully charges.
