You can mount the internal LTO-3 Half-Height Tape Drive either horizontally or 

vertically, but not upside down (see 

figure 4

).

Note:

The internal parallel SCSI LTO-3 Half-Height Tape Drive does not provide 

SCSI termination. The last device at the end of the parallel SCSI bus chain must 

have a SCSI bus terminator.
