C. From plum line mark measure 2” outbound and drill
7/32” hole for Pigtail Lag bolts.
D. Install Pigtail Lag bolts into each hole. Threads should
disappear into mounting board. Review image for
proper depth.
A. Place 2” x 6” riser board centered onto front wall
rafter mounting board. Pulley block to be mounted on
opposite of garage door. Placement to be between
center two mounting lag bolts. Drill two 5/32” holes
and mount 2” x 6” riser to rafter mounting board
using two 1/4" Lag Bolts with washers.
STEP 4: INSTALLING ROPE ORGANIZER FOR RAFTERS (Front to Back Rafters)
B. Center one side of rope orginizer plate onto riser
board and mark mounting hole location with pencil.
Drill two 5/32” mounting holes.
C. Assemble rope orginizer using plate and pulleys supplied in kit. Fasten to 2” x 6” riser board with with two
1/4” x 2 ½” lag bolts and 1/4” washers. Do not overtighten bolts. Rope orginizer pulleys will need to turn freely.
If overtightened hoist will not operate properly.
