QRC JK Rear Bumper Installation:
Adjust the bumper to the desired
alignment. (FIG9) Then, install the M10
bolts, lock washer and flat washer in the
smaller holes closer to the front of the
vehicle and tighten the two M10 bolts
with a 16mm socket and ratchet. Torque
M10 Bolts to 37 ft lbs. (FIG10) Fully
tighten the larger M12 bolts at this time
with a 18mm socket. Torque M12 Bolts
to 66 ft lbs.
