INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
The following procedures show some of the basic installation applications. Remember that
every installation is different, and the installer should adjust to insure that the appliance is
installed properly.
GAS CONNECTIONS
Before hooking up the stove to the gas supply, be sure that the appliance you are installing is
designed for the type of gas being supplied to it. There is a serial number and listing label on the
rear of the appliance that will indicate which type of gas it is designed to utilize. The gas valve
also has a label telling the type of fuel for which it is set up.
There is a 3/8” gas hookup located under the stove body, with access from the rear through
the pedestal cutout. We recommend connecting the stove with an approved flex gas line, as
shown below. If flex gas lines are not approved in your area, you can connect a hard pipe
to the gas hookup.
